These are our rescue dogs and cat.

Starting at top left and going clockwise: Teddy Bear (Chihuaha/French Bulldog mix?): he will let anyone in the house, but can be relied on to bite their ankles as they leave.

Jack the Boss Cat: It’s a big job managing all these yapping dogs.

Callie (miniature poodle mix): she was an old lady when we got her, and that was five years ago.

Chico (Pomeranian mix), who sits on my lap as I write.

Twinkle (Chihuahua/Rat Terrier mix?), who will smile if you say, “Come on, give us a smile!”

And the very assertive Margaret Ann (Dachshund/Chihuahua/ Rhodesian Ridgeback/ Your Guess Is As Good As Mine Mix).

We love them all!
